According to the US Department of Health and Human Services, there will be no out of pocket costs to receive the COVID-19 vaccine in an Ohio Nursing Home / Long Term Care Facility.

Circle of Care was among the first Skilled Nursing Facilities to receive the COVID-19 Vaccine in the state of Ohio. The first round of vaccines were distributed by the CVS Pharmacy team of Kent, Ohio on Monday, December 21, 2020.
