Testimonials for Circle of Care
We love our facility, but don’t just take it from us, here are a few examples of what our residents, families, and employees have to say about Circle of Care in Salem.
I was a resident at Circle of Care for 10 weeks (from March-June 2017) for short-term rehab. I found the therapy I received was very helpful in repairing my strength and endurance. Because of the excellent care I received, I was able to go back home much quicker than I ever thought I would.
Circle of Care is a very family oriented place. It’s kind of like Cheers, where everybody knows your name! I came here in May 2015 and in April 2017 I decided to go to another facility to be closer to home & family. However, after a month I realized I missed the staff and the good care I received and decided to come back to be with my second family.
My aunt was at Circle of Care for almost a year. I was so pleased with the care she received that I had my dad come for short term rehab due to heart problems. The PT staff were great and always willing to work together with family to help my aunt and father. They always had different activities, like planting flowers and not just playing games.
The cook went out of her way to make sure there were meals prepared specially for my aunt’s dietary needs. When my dad was admitted she made sure his favorite meal was put on the menu the first week he was there. We were quickly informed of any health issues that arose and the aides became like family.
I have been a nurse for 13 years and have worked at Circle of Care for five of them. I am what our owner calls, a lifer. I plan on finishing my nursing career at Circle of Care. It is a home-like atmosphere which allows me to provide quality care to my residents.

The level of care my mom received while at Circle of Care from February-May 2017 was second to none. It is exactly what she needed at the time she needed it. I know if it weren’t for the time she spent there I do not believe she would have ever been able to come back home. She is doing wonderful and can now enjoy spending time outside on the new deck I built for her.
During my daughter’s stay at Circle of Care, she has experienced several health issues and I have been very pleased with how quickly the staff reacted to these problems and sought additional care for her. They are excellent about providing prompt care. We think of everyone at Circle of Care as a second family. Knowing she is cared for, and the kindness she is shown has made the decision to transition her from home to long term care much easier.
I have worked at Circle of Care for two years and love the pleasant atmosphere. My co-workers make it enjoyable to come to work each day. We pull together as a team to give the best care possible to our residents.

Although I have only been at Circle of Care since the beginning of June, I have been extremely happy with the care I have received. I’ve been in two other facilities and by far I am much happier here. The nursing care and aides are outstanding.
I will be celebrating my 3rd anniversary at Circle of Care this Labor Day! I love the staff and enjoy the wonderful food. I also like participating in the many activities they have to offer. The therapists are also very good at their job. I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else. I feel cared for and am treated with dignity.
My dad was a resident at Circle of Care a few years ago and was dependent on a ventilator when he was admitted. The hospital said he would probably not make it through. But the Respiratory Therapists and Nursing Services were outstanding. They were able to ween him off of the ventilator and he was eventually able to walk out of the facility on his own. Thank goodness Circle of Care did not give up on him! They believed he would get well and he did!
The most wonderful people! So helpful, kind and fun to be around. My PT & OT went so well I feel like a new woman! Back to work and back to life. Thank you so much Circle of Care. You’re the BEST!
