Salem Circle of Care Scored 100% Deficiency Free on COVID-19 Focus Survey

We’re excited to announce our third consecutive COVID-19 Focus Survey results from the Ohio Department of Health back deficiency-free! We’re proud of our team for all of their hard work keeping our residents safe!
The Ohio Department of Health (ODH) has completed three COVID-19 Focused Infection Control Survey to determine if our facility was in compliance with Federal requirements related to implementing proper infection prevention and control practices to prevent the development and transmission of COVID-19. The Survey found that our facility was in compliance with the requirements and no deficiencies were cited!
